BOOKING POLICY

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Du’aa Diner. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience. To help us manage your reservation efficiently, we kindly ask that you follow the booking guidelines below:
Advance Booking
Please ensure that you make your booking at least one day prior to your preferred dining date. This allows us to prepare accordingly and helps us accommodate your party comfortably. We also welcome walk-in guests, subject to availability. If we have space and the timing allows, we will do our best to accommodate you without a prior booking.
Booking Confirmation
Once you have submitted your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us directly to confirm your reservation.
Changes or Cancellations
Should you need to amend or cancel your booking, please do so no later than three hours before your reservation time. Cancellations made after this cut-off time may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend your reservation. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
Special Requests
If you have any special requirements or dietary restrictions, please let us know at the time of booking. We will do our utmost to accommodate your needs.
Group Reservations
For parties of six or more, we ask that you book in advance and confirm your reservation at least 48 hours prior to your dining date. For parties of twenty or more, a £50 deposit is required to secure the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the final bill on the day of your visit.
