Booking Policy:

Thank you for choosing to dine with us at Du’aa Diner. We aim to provide you with the best possible experience, so to help us manage your reservation, we kindly ask that you follow our booking guidelines:
Advance Booking
Please ensure you place your booking at least one day before your desired dining date. This helps us prepare accordingly and ensures that we can accommodate your party comfortably.
Booking Confirmation
After submitting your booking request, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive this email within 24 hours, please contact us directly to confirm your reservation.
Changes or Cancellations
If you need to amend or cancel your booking, kindly do so at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made within this period may incur a cancellation fee.
No-Show Policy
We value your time, and we ask that you notify us if you are unable to attend your reservation. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, we reserve the right to charge a no-show fee.
Special Requests
If you have any special requests or dietary restrictions, please inform us at the time of booking. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Group Reservations
For parties of 6 or more, we kindly request that you book in advance and confirm your reservation at least 48 hours before your desired dining date. We look forward to welcoming you and ensuring that your dining experience is exceptional.
